ASCOM Driver 2013 V3.11

- There will be an iOptron Commander 2013 shortcut placed on the computer desktop. Click on it for connection.
- In planetarium software, select "iOptron ASCOM Driver for 2013 and Earlier Mount"
Minimum Requirement for this driver:
- ASCOM Platform 6.1
- Windows XP users should install .NET Framework 4 (not the Client Profile). Windows Vista and Windows 7 users should install .NET Framework 4.5.2. Windows 8 and 8.1 users do not need install any additional components.
